Gualtiere – app- la Spiga . Dear Mrs, As I told you, in our emails, I suggest you the Spiga apartment because it was the ideal place to relax and stay for a couple, with no noise of children and privacy. And it’s the ideal place for people how want to visit the Tuscany cities . I tought that for three days was the right solution. relax and quite.. I am sorry that I didn't suggest you well. I didn't fall in mention anything, i try to be always very clear. Yes, we know that the swimming pool is not near, and in the email I told you that. During your stay my mother in law, several times asked you if she could bring you with her car ( 2 minutes inside road) or bring you back to the swimming pool. Why you didn't call me to say that there were problems, we could have find another solution for you. For the internet, also, I told you that there was no internet connection in the house Gualtiera, but at the Villa - Fattoria yes. As I told you and to other guest, this is the solution for guest how do not need a continuative use of internet. otherwise I suggest another apartment / room or to bring a internet kye. In Chianciano, in the old town there is a Bar with beautiful view that permit you to connect wifi.. Spiga have a lower prices because the swimming pool is not near and there is no internet connection.

Siamo una struttura immersa nella natura in un luogo incontaminato, dove diamo pochi pestici e diserbanti. Inoltre in campagna ci sono gli insetti specialmente d'estate. Benchè gli appartamenti abbiamo le zanzariere, gli insetti possono entrare dalla porta, lasciata spesso aperta dai clienti.

L'armadio era nell'altra camera.

L'appartamento era descritto bene. Le Strutture sono diverse: Villa con Fattoria , dove abbiamo camere e due/ tre appartamenti. Lì dove risiediamo noi proprietari/collaboratori e siamo sempre a disposizione dei clienti. Inoltre ci sono le strutture la Gualtiera e il Mulino. Il Mulino è una struttura indipendente ed i clienti possono contattarci per problemi o richieste via telefono o venendo alla Villa/ reception. La Gualtiera è una struttura dove mia suocera risiede durante l'estate per brevi lunghi periodi e dove affitta due appartamenti indipendente mente dalla sua presenza .Qualora il cliente abbia delle richieste può farle a Lei , oppure a noi presso la Villa. Noi non ci siamo mai mossi dalla Villa. Alcuni clienti vogliono la presenza del proprietario sempre , altri vogliono essere lasciati in pace. vi prego di consigliarci nelle email le vostre preferenze e cercheremo di accontentarvi.
