To je zgodovinsko stanovanje iz 17. stoletja, večkrat prezidano, o čemer pričajo različne niše in številne odprtine, ki so se pojavile v fazi obnove.

Gre za 150 kvadratnih metrov veliko hišo, ki jo v pritličju sestavljajo velika dnevna soba z originalnim kamnitim kaminom, jedilnica z opremljeno kuhinjo in straniščem.

V prvem nadstropju sta 2 veliki spalnici, lepo opremljeni, vsaka s svojo kopalnico. Dostop je usmerjen na velik vrt pred starim kamnitim vodnjakom, medtem ko se iz jedilnice dostopa do manjšega zasebnega dvorišča, kjer lahko obedujete poleti na prostem.
