Zasebno notranje parkirišče in dostop po stopnicah (približno 90 stopnic) Ob prihodu in odhodu za prtljago in dostop strank z vlakom. Ugnezdeno v zelenju stotin oljčnih dreves je 400 m oddaljeno. Naša kmetija je nastala pred več kot 70 leti in se že od nekdaj ukvarja s pridelavo rastlinjakovega cvetja, kot so vrtnice, vrtnice in orhideje. Trenutno se gojijo predvsem orhideje, kelti in kale. Zahvaljujoč več kot 300 oljkam in sadnim drevesom, posejanim na posestvu (več kot 15.000 m2 zemlje), pridelujemo odlično oljčno olje, različne konzerve, marmelade, lešnike in likerje, pridelovalce karantenskega krompirja.

Otroške igre (DVD, 3D TV, PLAYSTATION), Sky TV soba, fitnes in sprostitev (infrardeča savna, jacuzzi, tekalna steza, kolesarjenje).

Kmečka hiša je na idealni lokaciji za obisk mesta Genova z akvarijem, ki je eden najbogatejših in najzanimivejših v Evropi, starega pristanišča in bližnjega zgodovinskega okrožja Molo, Lanterne, muzejev. Tudi v kratkem času lahko pridete do Nervi (9 minut z vlakom), Camogli (12 minut) Pieve Alta, Monte di Santa Croce, Monte di Portofino. Poleti je veliko teh izletov (Porto Antico, Aquarius, Camogli, Portofino, Portovenere in Cinque Terre) možno opraviti z ladjo s pomola Bogliasco.
