Posest je stara tipična neapeljska kmečka hiša , ki se nahaja na strateški lokaciji, da lahko zlahka obiščete polotok Sorrento in Amalfi.

Našo hišo obdaja velik vrt v velikosti 20.000 kvadratnih metrov, na katerem rastejo trte, oljke, orehi, agrumi in številne druge rastline, značilne za sredozemsko grmičevje.

Posest je stara tipična neapeljska kmečka hiša , ki se nahaja na strateški lokaciji, da lahko zlahka obiščete polotok Sorrento in Amalfi.

Našo hišo obdaja velik vrt v velikosti 20.000 kvadratnih metrov, na katerem rastejo trte, oljke, orehi, agrumi in številne druge rastline, značilne za sredozemsko grmičevje.

Uživate lahko v našem vrtu in se ustavite na različnih panoramskih točkah ali se odpravite na plažo , najbližja je 3 km, ali obiščete arheološka najdišča, se odpravite na treking ali mnoge druge stvari, ki jih ponuja naše ozemlje.

Na vrtu vam je na voljo udobna kuhinja, možne pa bodo tudi učne ure kuhanja svežih testenin ali neapeljske kuhinje.

Veliki prostori in natančno dezinfekcijsko čiščenje zagotavljajo ustrezne previdnostne ukrepe za mirno bivanje.

Na voljo je tudi veliko parkirišče.

Smo 30 km od Neaplja, za Vezuvom, 15 minut vožnje od Pompejev do 30 minut od Sentiero Degli Dei, otoka Capri in Ischia sta zlahka dosegljiva.

Opomba: v posesti sta 2 psa in v primeru pozne prijave po 22. uri je potrebno doplačilo v višini 40 evrov.

“My husband and I spent 2 weeks in early May at this property. Even with many days of rain, it was lovely. The lodging is very comfortable and has a kitchen for simple meals. We rented the top apartment which has a lovely deck with an absolutely amazing view of the Bay of Naples, Gragnano, Castellamarre di Stabia, and mountains to the east. When it isn’t pouring rain you see Ischia in the Bay of Naples. If you climb the hill to the west, you have a wonderful view of Mount Vesuvius. The flowers, plants, orange and lemon trees, grape vines and olive trees surround the property, so you can enjoy a few days just looking from the deck and wandering around the property. When the weather is nice there is an outside kitchen and a large patio just to enjoy the out of doors. Besides the many places you have access to by car and train, there are also the interesting towns of Gragnano and Castellamarre not more than 20 minutes away. A must see is the Villa San Marco, that was destroyed by the Mount Vesuvius eruption and has now been excavated. From Castellamarre you can take the Circumvesuvio train to any location between Garibaldi Statione in Naples and Sorrento – and for only 3 euro/trip. Our only caveat is that driving can be difficult if you are not accustomed to very narrow hilly and curvy roads with cars and trucks they were never built for. Many people ride motorcycles that add to driving difficulties. If you like the countryside, you can’t make a mistake with this property. ”

La maison est entourée d’un jardin plein d’orangers et citronniers , la vue est incroyable depuis la terrasse. La chambre est spacieuse et joliment décorée. Tous les matins, nous pouvions nous faire des oranges pressées avec celles du jardin, pour le petit-déjeuner. L’emplacement est idéal pour visiter Pompéi et la côte Amalfitaine. Ce serait un plaisir de revenir !”
