Posest je stara tipična neapeljska kmečka hiša , ki se nahaja na strateški lokaciji, da lahko zlahka obiščete polotok Sorrento in Amalfi.

Našo hišo obdaja velik vrt v velikosti 20.000 kvadratnih metrov, na katerem rastejo trte, oljke, orehi, agrumi in številne druge rastline, značilne za sredozemsko grmičevje.

Našo hišo obdaja velik vrt v velikosti 20.000 kvadratnih metrov, na katerem rastejo trte, oljke, orehi, agrumi in številne druge rastline, značilne za sredozemsko grmičevje.

Uživate lahko v našem vrtu in se ustavite na različnih panoramskih točkah ali se odpravite na plažo , najbližja je 3 km, ali obiščete arheološka najdišča, se odpravite na treking ali mnoge druge stvari, ki jih ponuja naše ozemlje.

Na vrtu vam je na voljo udobna kuhinja, možne pa bodo tudi učne ure kuhanja svežih testenin ali neapeljske kuhinje.

Veliki prostori in natančno dezinfekcijsko čiščenje zagotavljajo ustrezne previdnostne ukrepe za mirno bivanje.

Na voljo je tudi veliko parkirišče.

Smo 30 km od Neaplja, za Vezuvom, 15 minut vožnje od Pompejev do 30 minut od Sentiero Degli Dei, otoka Capri in Ischia sta zlahka dosegljiva.

Opomba: v posesti sta 2 psa in v primeru pozne prijave po 22. uri je potrebno doplačilo v višini 40 evrov.
