Opis prebivališča

Nahaja se med Firencami, Sieno, San Gimignanom in območjem Castellina in Chianti.

Nahaja se na hribu, s katerega lahko občudujete čudovit razgled in čudovite sončne zahode. Vsi apartmaji s klimo. Najbližja vas je San Donato in Poggio, le 3 km stran, kjer boste našli glavne trgovine, picerije, restavracije, banke, pošto.

Pred objektom je restavracija , tudi s seboj.

Nepremičnina je sestavljena iz dveh stavb, ki gledata na dvorišče.

Ta nastanitev je bila prvotno majhna kmetija v Chiantiju in je bila popolnoma prenovljena v tradicionalnem toskanskem slogu .

Gostje lahko uporabljajo bazen z lepim razgledom, zasebno parkirišče, igralnico z namiznim tenisom in nogometom, 2 žara (plin in oglje), najem koles (samo za odrasle), skupni pralni stroj z detergentom (brezplačna uporaba). Vrt in terase so opremljene z mizami in senčniki, obstajajo tudi kraji, kjer lahko uživate v trenutkih sprostitve in občudujete toskanske hribe Chianti.

Velika novost leta 2023 je bazen, ogrevan s toplotno črpalko, ki omogoča , da voda tudi spomladi in jeseni ohranja temperaturo okoli 25 stopinj.

V času odprtosti rezidence je možna uporaba bazena vsak dan .

Prenočišča: naših deset apartmajev je različnih tipov in imajo večinoma keramična tla in vidne lesene tramove.

Apartmaji za 2 do 6 oseb (apartma je dostopen invalidom).

Lastnik Franco in njegova družina so vam na voljo za vse informacije, zemljevide in muzejske rezervacije za kulturne počitnice , pa tudi informacije o vinskih izletih , dobrih restavracijah, lokalnih dogodkih za sproščujoče bivanje na toskanskem podeželju.

Okolica: med vašo   med počitnicami v posesti si lahko ogledate nekaj tipičnih vasi na čudovitem podeželju med provincama Siena in Firence , kot so Castellina in Chianti (10 km), Greve in Chianti (18 km), Panzano (8 km), Radda in Chianti ( 20 km).

Poleg tega, zahvaljujoč svoji lokaciji, le 6 km od vhoda na avtocesto Firence - Siena (brez cestnine) , nepremičnina omogoča enostaven dostop do obeh večjih toskanskih mest, kot so Firence (27 km), Siena (35 km), San Gimignano (25 km), Volterra (50 km), Arezzo (100 km), Pisa (90 km), Lucca (110 km).
