Apartma je sestavljen iz dnevne sobe s kuhinjo, spalnice z zakonsko posteljo, kopalnice s tušem in velike verande; Opremljen je z neodvisnim ogrevanjem.

V dnevni sobi je raztegljiv kavč, zaradi česar je apartma idealen za bivanje dveh ali treh oseb. Kuhinja je opremljena s hladilnikom z zamrzovalnikom, štedilnikom s 4 gorilniki in pečico ter vsem potrebnim za kuhanje.

To stanovanje je nastalo iz starega hleva in v sobi lahko še vedno vidite jaslice, na katere sloni vzglavje postelje. Druga značilnost je zaokroženost podbojev nekaterih vrat, ki nastane zaradi drgnjenja, ko mimoidoče živali.

Z verande je mogoče občudovati poseben kotiček Val di Pierle in predvsem grad Pierle v vsej svoji veličini.

Na vrtu, ki obkroža apartmaje, je bazen velikosti 12 m x 6 m x 1,50 m, opremljen s hidromasažno kadjo.
