Čudovito gospodarsko poslopje, prvotno uporabljeno kot družinska vinska klet, v kateri so bile najboljše sodčke in steklenice vina, ki so jih nekoč pili tam. Z nedavno restavracijo je bila klet velikosti 20 x 3 m spremenjena v hišo velikosti 60 kvadratnih metrov, v kateri lahko bivata dve osebi.

Zraven velike dnevne sobe, skupaj z atraktivno jedilnico, je lepo, dobro opremljena kuhinja, prav tako okusno opremljena v stilskem slogu. Prostorna spalnica z zakonsko posteljo in kopalnica z vsemi udobji dopolnjuje nastanitev. Vsa oprema in pohištvo so bili skrbno izbrani s posebno pozornostjo do detajlov, tako da se obdobje 1800-ih neprestano spominja. Tla in strop v stari terakoti prispevajo k ustvarjanju toplih in elegantnih prostorov, ki so rezultat stroge izbire pohištva in pametne uporabe barv.
