The Cottage is a completely independent ground floor farmhouse surrounded by a big private garden and equipped with gazebo to eat al fresco. The entrance leading directly to a spacious living area with a big double living/dining room and double kitchen. Doors open onto the big private garden with a beautiful equipped gazebo and a wonderful view on the panorama and on the pool. The barbecue is at disposal. From the leaving room, a small disengagement leads to the two big matrimonial bedrooms and to the bathrooms, one with tub and one with shower. Two other double bedrooms open onto the living room. If needed, two single beds can be added in the big matrimonial bedrooms or double sofabed is at disposal. Sofa bed is new and of excellent quality.

“This agriturismo was a real find. It is remote enough to be peaceful and 'away from it all' but close enough to travel into rural Tuscany and also get onto the autostrada for the airport, main city attractions etc. The pool is excellent and the apartment I used was first class. I ate on site two evenings - excellent and v good value. I enjoyed that the owners were very helpful but also left you alone! I would be worried to chose another location in case it did not match the standards of this venue. ”
