Kmečka hiša je pravi biser Toskane in se nahaja na razgledni gričevnati legi v naravnem parku Monte Morello.

Za vasjo je hrib cipres, ki obdaja celotno posest, kjer so potopljeni visoki naravni balvani Alberese. Kmečka hiša je obdana z oljkami in lastniška družina nadaljuje tradicijo, zaradi katere je olje eno najboljših v Toskani.

Okoliško zemljišče - okoli 5 ha - je tako poskrbljeno za ohranjanje naravnega videza lokalnih proizvodov, kot so sadno drevje, dišavnice, zelenjava z vrta, da se tudi plevel pojavi s čudovitim cvetjem: od eksplozije maka do rumene barve. ognjiči, od škrlatnih anemonov do perunik, do tulipanov na robovih suhozidov.

Kmečko hišo sestavlja kmečka hiša iz 18. stoletja, razdeljena na štiri stanovanja, z opremljenim zunanjim prostorom, obdanim z zelenjem.

Nadaljujemo proti bazenu in naletimo na majhno samostojno enoto, na pol skrito med oljkami, z zasebnim vrtom in žarom.

Kmečka hiša je zagotovo najbolj umetniška prenova, kar ste jih kdaj videli. Apartmaji so popolnoma prenovljeni in opremljeni s starinskim pohištvom. Imajo satelitsko televizijo, nekatere so opremljene s klimatsko napravo in hidromasažno kadjo, na voljo pa je tudi čudovit zunanji bazen.

Na kmetiji organizirajo degustacije, kosila, večerje po rezervaciji in lahko gostijo dogodke, kot so poroke, rojstni dnevi, maturantske zabave in celo poslovna srečanja.

Opomba: Restavracija deluje samo po rezervaciji, v okolici so tipične toskanske restavracije in trattorie.
