Naša kmetija je v Montalcinu, v osrčju Val d'Orcia v Toskani.

Struktura je sestavljena iz sedmih neodvisnih apartmajev, opremljenih s storitvami in udobjem: kuhinja (z električnimi ploščami, pomivalnim koritom, mikrovalovno pečico, hladilnikom, posodami in dodatki), neodvisno ogrevanje.

Naša kmetija je v Montalcinu, v osrčju Val d'Orcia v Toskani.

Struktura je sestavljena iz sedmih neodvisnih apartmajev, opremljenih s storitvami in udobjem: kuhinja (z električnimi ploščami, pomivalnim koritom, mikrovalovno pečico, hladilnikom, posodami in dodatki), neodvisno ogrevanje.

Gostom so na voljo tudi nekatere skupne storitve: bazen, J acuzzi , tradicionalni žar , kot tudi rezervirano parkirišče za avtomobile.

Ponujamo tipično kulinariko tega območja s prevlado ekoloških surovin in km0. Imamo vinsko karto, ki jo skrbno izbiramo lastniki vinarji že generacije. Naša filozofija ni ustaviti časa, ampak obnoviti in okrepiti tisto, kar nam prihaja iz preteklosti, poskušati živeti in uživati sedanjost v harmoniji in s spoštovanjem do naše zemlje.

Na naši kmetiji po biodinamični metodi pridelujemo sorte Brunello in Rosso di Montalcino, ekstra deviško oljčno olje, sadje in zelenjavo. Z biodinamično metodo je kmetijstvo v sožitju z naravo, z zemljo in s človekom. Gnojenje, gojenje in vzgoja poteka na načine, ki spoštujejo in spodbujajo rodovitnost in vitalnost tal ter hkrati tipične lastnosti rastlinskih in živalskih vrst. Globoka povezanost z naravo in popolno spoštovanje njenih ritmov vodita z biodinamičnim kmetijstvom do opustitve uporabe sintetičnih mineralnih gnojil in kemičnih pesticidov ter do gospodarjenja z zemljo po kozmičnih in lunarnih ciklih.
