Počitniška hiša je zgodovinska rezidenca, zgrajena leta 1750, v predelu Chianti in blizu Siene. Počitniška hiša je zgodovinska rezidenca, zgrajena leta 1750, v predelu Chianti in blizu Siene. Hiša ima posebno arhitekturo, ki jo dela edinstveno, in je bila obnovljena v tradiciji Toskane in Siene. Velik vrt-park z oljčnim nasadom in terasami, polnimi sredozemskih rastlin, omogoča sprostitev in uživanje na podeželju. V posesti je na voljo lep, velik in sončen bazen (6x12 m), s pogledom na okoliška polja.

Hiša je na strateškem položaju, da dosežete Sieno v samo nekaj minutah (6 km), s prednostjo uživanja v miru na podeželju. V bližini so dobre restavracije, objekti, kot so supermarketi in manjše trgovine ter kmetije, kjer je možno neposredno kupiti lokalne izdelke. Iz rezidence lahko zlahka dosežete Firence, San Gimignano, Volterro, območje Chianti, pa tudi južni del Siene, s čudovitim Crete Senesi, in mesti Montepulciano, Pienza in Montalcino.

V počitniški hiši boste doživeli odlično prijetno vzdušje, ki vam bo zagotovilo želene počitnice. Zahvaljujoč našemu poglobljenemu poznavanju regije, vam bomo z veseljem priporočili aktivnosti, v katerih lahko uživate v okolici, s kulturnega, naravnega, kulinaričnega in enološkega vidika ali preprosto za zabavo! Organiziramo tudi storitve domačega kuharja, oglede vinarjev in vodene oglede po naročilu.
