Lastno pridelano olje IGP : iz naših oljk, nabranih in stisnjenih po tradicionalnih in naravnih metodah, prihaja do enega najbolj priznanih in iskanih olj v vsej Toskani.

Kakovost in prepoznavne lastnosti našega ekstra deviškega olja izhajajo iz širokega spektra posvetnih dreves in odličnih podnebnih in morfoloških razmer na tem območju.

Lastno pridelano vino : kmetija in vinogradi se nahajajo v regiji, znani kot u2018Chianti delle colline pisaneu2019 (Chianti s hribovja Pize).

Naša vina so akreditirana z oznako IGT in jih pridelujejo v naši kleti že več kot trideset let z grozdjem San Giovese, Trebbiano, Malvasia in Canaiolo.

Grappa, vinsanto (sladko belo rozinsko vino), džemi, siri, testenine : znotraj strukture lahko poskusite osebno pridelani vinsanto, grapo, pa tudi bolj znana toskanska vina in številne značilne izdelke, kot so marmelada, med, siri, testenine itd.

Naša vina lahko poskusite tudi v restavraciji ali neposredno v apartmajih.

“We had a beautiful apartment with everything we needed. Most of the time we spent outside anyway. We had direct access to the pool and our patio was spacious and in the shade. We spent our evenings on the patio looking at the sky change its colors until the sun went down while having a nice aperitif and a good glass of wine (they also have delicious wines of their own production and also sell beverages from ''right around the corner''). The best part, and really the heart of the place, is the host! Lucia is what makes the property what it is – she makes you feel home and like a guest at her place. We are thankful for a wonderful time there and are looking forward to being able to come back in the future!”
