Kmečka hiša (300 m nad morjem) je čudovita toskanska kmečka hiša, ki ponazarja resnično italijansko življenje na podeželju. Od tu lahko uživate v čudovitem razgledu na neokuženo zeleno dolino in občudujete pokrajino Chianti Classico z oljkami, gozdovi in vinogradi.

Kmečka hiša (300 m nad morjem) je čudovita toskanska kmečka hiša, ki ponazarja resnično italijansko življenje na podeželju. Od tu lahko uživate v čudovitem razgledu na neokuženo zeleno dolino in občudujete pokrajino Chianti Classico z oljkami, gozdovi in vinogradi.

Nahaja se 2 km od Mercatale Val di Pesa, blizu značilnega mesta San Casciano, kjer boste našli vse storitve, trgovine in restavracije.

To je idealen kraj za raziskovanje podeželja Chianti Classico in tudi za obisk navdihujočih mest Firenc (30 minut stran), Siene in Pise (oba oddaljena 1 uro).

Kmetija pripada družini Alfani od leta 1934. Skupaj skrbita za stanovanja in 34 hektarjev vinogradov in oljčnih nasadov za pridelavo odličnega vina Chianti Classico DOCG "Črni petelin" in posebnega ekstra deviškega oljčnega olja.

Z veseljem vam bodo priskrbeli vse, kar vam bo olajšalo bivanje pri njih in vam pomagalo, da se seznanite z njihovimi dejavnostmi na poljih in njihovimi čudovitimi izdelki ter vam ponudili možnost vodenih ogledov po poljih in degustacij kleti ter vin.

Kmetija ima 6 velikih apartmajev, udobno in okusno opremljenih. Pametno so bili pridobljeni pri obnovi stare kašče in starih hiš na kmetiji, ki jim daje edinstven značaj in ohranja prvotne lastnosti.

Vsak apartma ima lasten vhod s tlakovano teraso, stropi s tramovi in tlemi "cotto".

Stara ovčja koša je zdaj pralnica za naše goste. Z enega dvorišča vodijo tri stopnice do čudovitega velikega bazena sredi oljk.
