Zahvaljujoč fantastičnemu hribovitemu položaju kmečke hiše, v kateri se nahaja to stanovanje, lahko uživate v čudovitem razgledu na hribe Val di Pesa, ki slovi po odlični pridelavi vina Chianti Classico.

Štirisobno stanovanje 4 4 je sestavljeno iz dveh dvoposteljnih spalnic, dveh kopalnic, kuhinje in velike dvoposteljne dnevne sobe z dvema kavčema za dve osebi.

Na vrtu je kamnit hlev, opremljen z majhno sobo za večerje ali sestanke, kuhinjo in majhno kopalnico. Na kmečki hiši je tudi velik vrt, bazen, prostor za peko na žaru, zasebno parkirišče in pralnica.

“Très bel endroit en pleine nature. Vue superbe sur les vignobles et les collines. Très bien situé sur l'axe Florence-Sienne. Notre appartement(Quercia) était très joli et très confortable (une salle de bain par chambre et des moustiquaires à toutes les fenêtres c'est vraiment appréciable ). Les extérieurs (barbecue, piscine etc...)étaient aussi bien entretenus. La qualité de la connexion était satisfaisante(la case préremplie ne permet que passable ou excellente, dommage!) Nous aurons plaisir à revenir si l'occasion se présente. ”
