Posest je stara kmečka hiša s skednjem in hlevi ter zeleno in modro pokrajino naokrog, ki se nahaja na edinstvenem območju, kjer rasteta dve domači trti: Lacrima di Morro d'AIba in Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi . Iz tega čarobnega srečanja se je rodilo posestvo, popolnoma vstavljeno med čudovite hribe Marche nedaleč od žametnega peska Senigallije, idealno okolje za preživljanje intenzivnih trenutkov sladkega brezdelja.

Posestvo predstavlja harmoničen spoj lokalne tradicije, preprostosti in uglajenosti z vsakovrstnim udobjem. Opremljen je z 8 sobami in 4 apartmaji , prijeten dekor, ki ga navdihujejo odtenki hribov in morja, pa v kraje prenaša očarljiv občutek doma.

Ljubitelji hrane in vina lahko obiščejo vinograde in klet ter poskusijo naša vina Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi in Lacrima di Morro d'Alba.

Restavracija, ki se nahaja v očarljivi sušilnici, ponuja tradicionalne jedi, pripravljene s sezonskimi sestavinami, po ceni 0 KM . Kot vinarjem se nam je zdelo naravno, da na mizo prinesemo svojo identiteto in postrežemo sadove svojega dela, zato je večina ponudbe jedi vino, grozdje, mošt, redukcija, želeji, pripravljeni iz grozdja, ki ga pridelamo; kulinarična raziskava, ki želi združiti tradicijo, pristnost in sezonskost.

V skladu s filozofijo kmečke hiše o trajnostnem razvoju podeželskih virov se geotermalni sistem in fotovoltaični paneli na strehi uporabljajo za zadovoljevanje njenih potreb po energiji.

Na voljo je panoramski bazen s slano vodo, ki ga obdaja urejen vrt z ležalniki in stranskimi baldahini. Gostje lahko uporabljajo tudi skupni žar, mrežo za odbojko in košarko ter igrala za otroke.
