Bio Farm

Kmetija, na kateri naša družina dela od leta 1986. Gre za posestvo na sto hektarjih, za katerega smo se odločili, da ohranimo nedotaknjeno, kakršno je bilo vedno: brez intenzivne pridelave ali kemičnih gnojil ali pesticidov, ampak absolutno spoštovanje do zemlje, ki usklajuje dejavnosti z ravnotežjem narave, zato je že vrsto let zemljišče certificirano AIAB italijansko združenje za ekološko kmetijstvo.

Od oljčnega olja je kratka dobavna veriga: dall'oliveta do mlina hladnega do naše mize. Panjski med nam daje nedotaknjeno. Sončnice, pšenica, pira, ječmen, lucerna posejana z ekološko pridelavo in želod gozdov hranijo živali, ki jih redimo, divje prašiče, jelene damjake, srne in fazane, tako da je njihovo meso bolj zdravo in okusno francosko. Tu so travnik, pašnik in gozdovi visokih dreves, ki nam dajejo dišeča drva za kamin v kuhinji. Tu so prijatelji konji, koza Ornella, kokoši, prašiči Cinta Senese, pes in naše sladke mačke ... Posebno ugodna mikroklima, nadmorska višina okoli 300 metrov in vetrič, ki prihaja iz morja, prispevajo k suhi in sončni klimi. Humbert vedno z veseljem razloži različna poročila o tej čudoviti deželi, človeške zgodbe in legende, pridobljene v dvajsetih letih ... in če ni dovolj ... zapeljite traktor s Francom ali se odpravite na safari ... za odrasle in otroke je najboljši!
