Dvorišče kmečke hiše je sestavljeno iz velikega in negovanega vrta s številnimi stoletnimi oljkami, v zadnjem delu kmečke hiše pa je bazen velikosti 10 X 5 metrov, opremljen z velikim prostorom za solarij.

Kmečka hiša ima glavni objekt s 7 sobami in drugi samostojni objekt s 4 sobami.

Prostori so različno veliki, od 35 do 45 kvadratnih metrov, imajo strope z lesenimi tramovi, notranja vhodna vrata in garderobne omare so izdelali lokalni mojstri iz masivnega jesena in ročno intarzirali.

Kmečka hiša je v celoti obnovljena z materiali, ki so omogočili pridobitev energijske izkaznice A , ob polnem spoštovanju okolja.

Struktura ima fotovoltaični sistem , ki podnevi napaja sistem ogrevanja in priprave tople vode.

Udobje je zagotovljeno s klasifikacijo stavbe A: hladno poletje in topla zima.

“La propriété est très très bien située pour profiter de l’ensemble des sites magnifiques de la région. Un peu a l’écart d’Alghero où l’on accède rapidement, l’endroit est calme et reposant. Idéal pour les vacances. Le gîte offre des prestations de grande qualité. Chambre spacieuse, climatisation et belle salle de bain. L’extérieur est aussi à la hauteur, jardin bien entretenu, piscine et spa . L’accueil de Gennaro et Anna vous décontracte tout de suite. Le petit déjeuner est un délice avec les gateaux maison ainsi que les confitures. Gennaro connait les bonnes adresses et aide aussi,aux réservations. Cela facilite grandement . Toutes les adresses, restaurants, plages et excursions étaient excellentes. En résumé un sejour magnique”
