Znotraj tega velikega posestva v Toskani, 350 hektarjev večinoma gozdnatih, kmetija obdeluje 5.000 oljčnih dreves, iz katerih pridobiva ekstra deviško oljčno olje . Olje, pridobljeno s hladnim stiskanjem po metodah, ki zagotavljajo ohranjanje organoleptičnih lastnosti, ima kislost manj kot 0,4%##, kar potrjuje njegovo odlično kakovost. .
