Ta kmečka hiša se nahaja na gričih gorovja Iblei, potopljena v pokrajino Raguse, z značilnimi suhozidi in stoletnimi drevesi rožičev, mandljev in oljk.

Nahaja se na prevladujočem položaju v majhnem mestu Comiso in nekaj kilometrov od baročnih lepot Unesca, v provinci Ragusa, in je idealen kraj za sprostitev v naravi... Oglejte si Drugo

Ta kmečka hiša se nahaja na gričih gorovja Iblei, potopljena v pokrajino Raguse, z značilnimi suhozidi in stoletnimi drevesi rožičev, mandljev in oljk.

Nahaja se na prevladujočem položaju v majhnem mestu Comiso in nekaj kilometrov od baročnih lepot Unesca, v provinci Ragusa, in je idealen kraj za sprostitev v naravi in uživanje v miru podeželja, a nedaleč od mesta.

Z velike panoramske terase lahko uživate v dih jemajoči pokrajini, ki se razteza od Sredozemskega morja do gričev osrednje Sicilije, Etne.

Čist zrak, sprostitev, ptičje žvrgolenje, jasminov parfum in pogled na morje ob sončnem zahodu so le nekateri od številnih elementov šarma, ki naredijo vaše bivanje prijetno in fascinantno.

Lastnina ima 18 sob, razdeljenih v 2 različna telesa, osrednje, kjer se nahaja restavracija, 4 dvoposteljne sobe in bazen, ter depandanso približno 500 m, kjer je 14 dvoposteljnih, troposteljnih in štiriposteljnih sob. Vse sobe so elegantno opremljene s slabo opremljenim pohištvom, TV, klimatsko napravo, hladilnikom in lastno kopalnico s prho. Poleg zajtrka je vključeno tudi dnevno čiščenje.

V poletnem času lahko uporabite velik zunanji bazen (7m * 15m) za osvežitev v kopanju ali preprosto sproščanje na soncu na enem od ležalnikov, ki so gostom na voljo na značilnem solariju iz belega kamna. Kopališče je odprto od 1. junija do 15. septembra.

Otroci se lahko igrajo na igrišču ali tečejo v okolici.

Na voljo je tudi namizni tenis, namizni nogomet, sicilijanske karte, različne knjige.
