Naše produkcije in Vinska klet

Imamo dve stari kleti, najverjetneje zgrajeni okoli leta 1000 n.št., s kamni, odvzetimi z okolice.

Temu postopku sledi priprava množic in prenos vina v lesene sode, kjer poteka staranje. Proizvodnja lahko sešteje do 260.000 steklenic, kar ustreza približno 2.000 hektolitrom.

“We loved our 4 nights for our honeymoon - breakfast was always exceptional, wine and snacks on the terrace were spectacular, and the room was spacious and always clean when we returned from day trips to other towns in Chianti. The restaurant on-site has wonderful food, service, and cats roaming about. We loved our time here!”

“Filippo was an incredible resource, not only did he make us feel welcome but made us feel like we were the only guests. The wine tasting was fun, informative and enjoyable; again Filippo with his unassuming manner made it exceedingly charming, we really suspect he will thrive in any endeavor he undertakes.. We honestly didn't know exactly what to expect and the entire experience exceeded our expectations by a wide margin. Grazie!”
