Ta Masseria, utrjena s pogledom na morje, katere začetki segajo okoli leta 1172, sprva kot "obrambni stolp" (zgradili so ga benediktinci iz Averse), nato pa ga je leta 1856 prenovil in povečal Raffaele Schiavoni, na kopenskem križišču zgodovine in civilizacije.

Ta Masseria, utrjena s pogledom na morje, katere začetki segajo okoli leta 1172, sprva kot "obrambni stolp" (zgradili so ga benediktinci iz Averse), nato pa ga je leta 1856 prenovil in povečal Raffaele Schiavoni, na kopenskem križišču zgodovine in civilizacije.

Starodavna Masseria je obdana s čudovitimi naravnimi krajinami z neverjetno modrino morja v daljavi, zaradi česar je ta posest prava mojstrovina, ki jo je treba odkriti.

Kmetija je ohranila svojo zgodovino in tradicijo nespremenjeno, zato je njena močna točka.

V ekološki pridelavi se pridelujejo oljke, pšenica, zelenjava in sadje. Na svojih 125 hektarih se lahko sprehajate po poteh peš, s kolesom, se gibate na posestvih, pridete do morja, oddaljeno je le slaba 2 km.

Spada v naravni rezervat vzhodne obale Taranta. V bližini so gozdovi črnike, arheološka območja, reka Chidro, Salina Monaci in očarljive plaže Punta Prosciutto in San Pietro v Bevagni.

“My husband and I stayed at this property for a week in late May. What a beautiful, welcoming, sunny environment with comfortable lodging. Fabio the manager is amazing and ready to assist you with trips, gives immediate help if there is a small problem, and is always around to ensure that you are having a wonderful time. The property is located in an area with much to keep you busy locally, others are an hour or so away by car, or you can just enjoy the property. The housekeeping is great and so is the breakfast! Don''t miss some of the local ancient towers, the towns of Manduria and Oria and definitely Salina dei Monaci where you may see flamingos. If you don''t see them, you see plants, an untouched seaside, and many birds. The Primitivo wine is to die for! And the beaches are like none I have visited in the US. You can''t make a mistake a vacation here”
