Bivanje v naši nepremičnini vam omogoča, da ste vedno v stiku z naravo in je idealen kraj za preživljanje sproščujočih počitnic, medtem ko osrednji in strateški položaj strukture omogoča enostavno doseganje (od 20 do 50 minut vožnje z avtom ali vlakom) , vsa čudovita mesta Toskana: Firence, Siena, Pisa, Lucca, Volterra, San Gimignano in občudujejo njihove neprecenljive umetniške zaklade.

Vila se predstavlja tudi kot idealno okolje za organizacijo poroke ali drugih posebnih dogodkov.

Bazen (m.14x7), odprt od marca do oktobra, je opremljen z ležalniki, mizami in senčniki, z njega pa lahko uživate v čudovitem pogledu na eni strani do stolpov San Gimignano, na drugi pa na vinograde Chianti.

Lastnina in okoliško zemljišče sta ustrezno ograjena, v notranjosti pa imajo gostje popolno razpoložljivost brezplačnega parkirišča.

Na koncu je primerno dodati, da se na približno 100 metrih nahaja slikovito jezero za športni ribolov in šola jahanja, kjer se lahko naučite jahati in rezervirati jahanje konjev.
